Policies & procedures
Bookings
- Appointments must be booked in advance.
- A 20% deposit is required.
- Booking confirms acceptance of policies.
Health & hygiene
- Please disclose any medical conditions or allergies.
- No treatment with open wounds or infections.
- Tools and space are cleaned between clients.
Cancellation
- Please give at least 24h notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- Repeated late cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.
Home appointments
- A clean, well-lit space is needed for mobile visits.
- Home appointments are in a home environment.
- A friendly dog is present and can be crated on request.
